Build the Kind of PT Career You Actually Want.

Pelvic + Orthopedic Physical Therapy | One-on-One Care | Real Mentorship

Uplift is growing, and we're looking for physical therapists who are curious, thoughtful, and excited to keep getting better at what they do.

Whether you're already experienced in pelvic health or interested in expanding your skills, there's room to build something meaningful here.

We're Building a Higher Standard of Physical Therapy

At Uplift, our goal is bigger than helping someone hurt less. We help people overcome the pelvic and orthopedic problems that keep them from moving, exercising, and participating fully in their lives—because movement is an important part of lifelong health.

Providing that level of care requires clinicians who have the time to think, the freedom to treat the whole person, and a culture that values curiosity, clinical reasoning, and continued growth.

Mentorship That Continues Beyond Onboarding

Great clinicians never stop learning.

At Uplift, mentorship isn't reserved for new graduates or clinicians entering a new area of practice. Continued learning, collaboration, and clinical growth are part of how we maintain a high standard of care.

Our clinicians receive paid, structured mentorship with time for learning and collaboration built into their work at Uplift.

Individual Clinical Mentorship

Dedicated one-on-one time to review cases, strengthen clinical reasoning, troubleshoot challenging presentations, and continue developing areas of expertise.

Monthly Clinical Skills Labs

Hands-on learning and collaboration as a team. Skills labs may be led by Dr. Cathy or other Uplift clinicians because we believe great teams learn from each other.

Quarterly Deep Dives

Extended clinical sessions that give us time to explore complex topics, current evidence, and advanced skills beyond what fits into a typical meeting.

Ongoing Continuing Education

Dedicated time and resources to continue learning, revisit clinical concepts, and integrate new skills into patient care.

Annual Team Learning

Each year, our clinical team spends dedicated time learning together, discussing emerging ideas in pelvic health, and continuing to raise the level of care we provide.

Learning isn't something that happens on your own time at Uplift. It's part of the job—and part of our culture of curiosity, collaboration, and clinical excellence.

What Working at Uplift Looks Like

One Patient at a Time

Our patients are scheduled in dedicated, one-on-one sessions with their physical therapist. No double booking. No bouncing between multiple patients. Your attention stays where it belongs—with the person in front of you.

Pelvic + Orthopedic Care

Our clinicians look at the whole person. You'll have the opportunity to work across pelvic health and orthopedics, connecting strength, mobility, movement, and pelvic health rather than treating each in isolation.

Autonomy With Support

We want you to develop your own clinical reasoning and treatment style—not memorize an Uplift protocol. You'll have the autonomy to make clinical decisions while having mentorship and collaboration available when you need it.

A Schedule Built for Sustainability

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities, including 32-, 36-, and 40-hour full-time options. We want excellent clinicians who can build meaningful careers here without burnout being part of the job description.

Room to Grow

Your career doesn't have to stay in one lane. As Uplift grows, we want our clinicians to develop areas of expertise, contribute to the team, teach what they know, and help shape what Uplift becomes next.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for physical therapists who care deeply about doing great work.

You may already be an experienced pelvic health clinician. You may have a strong orthopedic background and be interested in expanding into pelvic health. You may be earlier in your career and looking for a place where you can build exceptional clinical skills from the beginning.

What matters most to us is how you think, how you learn, and how you care for people.

You're Curious

You ask why. You want to understand what's driving a patient's symptoms rather than simply following a protocol.

You Care About Clinical Excellence

You want to keep getting better—not because someone requires it, but because being an excellent physical therapist matters to you.

You See the Whole Person

You understand that symptoms rarely exist in isolation and you're interested in connecting pelvic health, orthopedics, movement, and the bigger picture.

You're Comfortable With Real Conversations

Pelvic health involves conversations about bodies, bowel and bladder function, intimacy, pain, pregnancy, sexual health, and other deeply personal concerns. You can approach those conversations with confidence, professionalism, and compassion.
