About Uplift Pelvic Health
Uplift Pelvic Health is a growing, one-on-one pelvic health practice serving Jasper and the surrounding North Georgia community.
Every session is one-on-one.
There is no double booking.
Patients are given the time to be heard, assessed thoroughly, and treated as whole individuals.
Many of our patients come to us after struggling for a long time, so our work requires thoughtful clinical reasoning, strong communication, and a calm, respectful approach.

The Opportunity
We’re looking to connect with a Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) with an interest in pelvic health.
We are a one-on-one outpatient clinic offering a unique alternative to traditional high-volume physical therapy jobs in Jasper and North Georgia.
Experience is welcome, but not required. If you’re curious and motivated to learn, mentorship is built into the role.
This position can be part-time or full-time with structured scheduling and no ramp-up period to build your caseload.
What This Role Looks Like
-
One-on-one, 60-minute treatment sessions
-
No high-volume caseloads
-
A mix of pelvic health and orthopedic patients
-
Time to think, assess, and deliver individualized care
-
Mentorship and ongoing clinical collaboration
-
We do not believe in suffocating non-compete clauses and believe that PT's should be able to choose their employment at will.

Clinical Focus
We treat both male and female pelvic health conditions, integrating orthopedic and whole-body care. Clinicians are supported in developing their areas of interest, and not all providers are required to treat male pelvic health.
This includes bladder and bowel concerns, pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum care, and more—often in patients who have not found answers elsewhere.

Who This Is For
You might be a good fit if you:
-
Are a licensed (or license-eligible) PT or OT in Georgia
-
Value one-on-one, patient-centered care
-
Have strong clinical reasoning skills (or want to build them)
-
Are curious about pelvic health and whole-body treatment
-
Want to work in a setting where you can slow down and think
New grads with a strong interest in pelvic health are welcome.

Why Uplift
We believe clinicians do their best work when their schedule supports life outside the clinic.
We also believe patient care doesn’t end when symptoms are “manageable.” Many of our patients continue into wellness and maintenance, allowing for deeper, more meaningful outcomes.
This is a place where you can build real relationships with your patients—and see the full impact of your care.
