I’ve been a physical therapist since 2009, working with both pelvic health and orthopedic patients. My passion for pelvic health grew even deeper after having children of my own — and feeling disappointed with the postpartum care I received. Being told, "You're a woman, what do you expect?" just wasn’t good enough. Every woman deserves better care after pregnancy.

Now, as I navigate perimenopause myself, I have an even greater appreciation for how much the pelvic floor changes through different life stages. These transitions shouldn’t come with shame, discomfort, or confusion. You deserve answers — and a plan.
Pelvic Floor Care Is for Everyone
While pelvic health is often talked about in the context of women’s health, I strongly believe that men deserve excellent pelvic floor care, too.

Men face pelvic health challenges just as real — including issues like tailbone pain, urinary leakage, pelvic pain, and changes in sexual function. At Uplift, these concerns are approached with respect, clinical expertise, and a whole-body perspective.

Regardless of gender, pelvic floor symptoms can be confusing, frustrating, and isolating — but with the right support, healing is absolutely possible.

Why Uplift?
I started Uplift Pelvic Health to offer the kind of care I would want for myself, my friends, and my family. That means:
-
One-on-one sessions in a private setting
-
A whole-body approach that looks beyond just the pelvic floor
-
Personalized treatment plans built around your goals and your life
-
Real listening — because your story matters
Whether you’re recovering from childbirth, managing the changes of perimenopause, dealing with pelvic pain or pressure, or addressing long-standing orthopedic issues, I’m here to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of your body.
When you come to Uplift Pelvic Health, you get my full attention for your entire visit. There’s no juggling between patients, no cookie-cutter care, and no assembly-line therapy. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what’s going on, what we’re working on, and what to do if symptoms flare.
Many of our patients have tried pelvic floor therapy before — and felt like it didn’t “stick.” At Uplift, we do things differently by tailoring your care to you — your body, your goals, and your day-to-day life.
