At Uplift Pelvic Health, we have 15+ years of treating people with pelvic health and orthopedic issues, and have advanced training and certification in both pelvic health and orthopedics.  We have a holistic approach to treatment that includes the whole body, because the pelvis does not exist on it's own.

As a patient at Uplift, you will be working directly with your PT for your entire treatment session, and your PT will only be treating you.  This means there won't be another patient that your PT is bouncing back and forth to treat, all the focus will be on you.

Your PT will work WITH you to resolve your pelvic health issues, and create a home program that will keep moving your progress forward in between sessions.

Many of our patients have been to pelvic floor PT prior to Uplift, and have had minimal change in symptoms, but found relief at Uplift.  We have a different approach, and we don't operate off of a pre-set program that doesn't account for differences from person to person.  Whether you are coming in with pelvic health concerns, or orthopedic concerns, you deserve an individualized plan of care that can get the results you are looking for.
